Natural red ruby gemstones set in a curved swirl pattern with the opposite side having diamonds set in an 18K white gold miligrain frame. The uniquely detailed designed ring is set off the finger with all open-back gemstones. So 1940s Hollywood regency retro and a definite one of a kind!
