Material

84% Organic Cotton 7% Elastane 6% Poly 3%

Metallic With an organic cotton base, this yarn incorporates a touch of sparkle through the interweaving of metallic fibre. The finished knit is a mid-weight, glittery fabric, with elastane to add stretch and comfort.

Organic cotton is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers or hazardous pesticides, which protects biodiversity and waterways and builds and maintains soil fertility.

The organic cotton for this fabric was sourced from India.

Maker

This knit was made in Dongguan, China by Cool Partners International who we have been working with since 2016. It was manufactured in the Dongguan Kinci Knitting Factory, established in 1992, which we have visited to see our items in production. Knitwear production is highly specialised and Cool Partners are actively working with us to source more sustainable yarns from progressive yarn mills such as UPW and Novetex.

The factory is a member of Sedex and undergoes regular social compliance audits.

• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Cool iron
• Do not dry clean
• Cold hand wash using eco-friendly detergent.
• Do not machine wash (even on delicate cycle).
• Do not rub, wring or spin dry.
• Squeeze out excess water.
• Gently pull wet scarf into shape.
• Dry flat in shade.
• Cool iron on reverse.
• Do not use other forms of heat when drying.
